CAA Super Bowl LVII Hotel Oasis Event in Phoenix – February 2023

Charlotte’s Web was invited to CAA’s Hotel takeover for clients, VIPs, guests, and sponsors for activation and gifting suites.

• Provide CBD samples for CAA Clients, sponsors, and VIP Guests.
• CBD introduction and education for sports figures in Phoenix.  
• Create a memorable experience to draw attention to an emerging category in sports. 
• Have players take home samples to try after the event. 
• Concept/Activation: CAA invited Charlotte’s Web to their Super Bowl event in Phoenix. Their concept was a hotel takeover for their VIPs as an oasis during the hustle and bustle of Super Bowl week. Charlotte’s Web participated in a VIP gifting suite and morning rejuvenation session that featured massages poolside. I managed our activation with their major brand partners (Oakley, Buffalo Trace, lululemon, Starter, LoveSac, and Kendra Scott). Our idea was to provide personalized leather bags for guests to bring home CBD samples after the game. I found a local leather works company in Phoenix that made customer bangs for CW that featured players’ numbers on the bag. I also contacted a local tattoo artist to be on-site to do custom tattoo art on each bag in front of the athletes.
