ReCreate Launch at the 2023 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Seattle

Charlotte’s Web CBD launched its new product line, ReCreate, at the 2023 ASG. ReCreate needed to make a splash inside Play Ball Park during All-Star Weekend. ReCreate needed to show up in a big way next to other MLB Jewel Event Partners, Like Adobe, Budweiser, Carona, Seat Geek, Adobe, and TMobile.

- Show up at Play Ball Park (July 7th-11th) in a meaningful, impactful way with a new brand that went live the day of the game (July 11th).
- Drive data collection for the new brand.
- Create an activation that would go viral in Seattle all week.
- Create an activation that extends our efforts on social media for fans across the country to gain followers.

Concept/Activation: Working with CAA, I created a replica of a major league dugout where fans could pose for a picture we would print on-site and hang on a ReCreate-branded lanyard. Working through baseball and the MLB All-Star Game App, we collected data from every fan that went through activation. On the back of the photo, we showcased the new brand and lineup of products we launched during All-Star weekend, including a QR Code to purchase. We also added a separate card attached to the lanyard with an Instagram contest to win tickets to the World Series. We also included a live recording of “The Boone Podcast” with former Seattle All-Star Bret Boone in our activation.
