Our new podcast is ready to download.  If you are are baseball fan I think you will really enjoy the insight that Kevin Kennedy and I bring to our show.

On this show we break down different aspects of pro ball and how you get there.  Kevin shares the story of how he got drafted and what it is was like to be scouted and watched leading up to the draft.  We talk about scouting and how they find players.  We also discuss what are the biggest adjustments that a amateur player have to make to play for ball and you might be surprised by the answer.  We also talk about player development and what coaches and managers have to look for when they get raw talent.  Believe it our not its a good thing when a player struggles in the minors and Kevin shares his slump he had in the minors.

Is college baseball the same as Double A talent wise, we say no and tell you why.  What is a war room and what goes on during the draft, I will tell about times I saw how the draft is conducted.

We also discuss what I think is the best rivalry in baseball the Giants and Dodgers who renew the cross county feud this weekend.  The opening act is Kershaw vs Cueto and Kevin tells you about their styles and how they pitch in very different manners.
